CHOYA ? - 2009

Today, at 6:30 this evening, we said good-bye to out Leopard Appaloosa mare, Choya. As much as it hurts, she is resting in peace. She is no longer blind and will not have to struggle through anymore winters. I am proud that our family was able to give this horse a very peaceful and relaxed 12 years of her life before she passed away. Sunday will be especially difficult for me. The girls are with their father, and they were not here to say their good-byes to her. It's going to be hard to stay strong when they cry.
