He's of the colour of the nutmeg. And of the heat of the ginger.... he is pure air and fire; and the dull elements of earth and water never appear in him, but only in patient stillness while his rider mounts him; he is indeed a horse, and all other jades you may call beasts. ~William Shakespeare, Henry V

I HAVE RAN OUT OF TITLES FOR MY POSTS RIGHT NOW

Today Cassie decided to sleep in until 9:30 which was wonderful since she doesn't do that a lot any more.

At 1:30 we went over to my mom's, I gave Cassie her lunch, and then laid her down for her nap. No sooner had I laid Cassie down, my mom got home from work. I talked with my mom for a bit and then took off.

On my way to DL, I stopped at the cemetery just for a quick minute. The family put out this really pretty 1 foot Christmas tree next to Tanya that was covered in beautiful gold Christmas bulbs. There was even a bulb that had a Pug on it and there was an ornament picture frame that was a red dog collar that had a picture of Tanya's pug, Pugslee, in it. There was a big white ceramic star in the middle of the tree that said "We Love You Tanya" on it. It was really nice.

I got to DL on time for my doc appointment and after my doc appointment I ran to the grocery store cause they were having a sale. The main reason why I went to the grocery store was because I noticed in the flyer that they had the Nesquick chocolate powder on sale for 98 cents for a 30 oz canister. WAY CHEAP! And that was perfect for this chocolate milk addiction that I am going through right now. When I got to the register, the canisters were ringing up for $3.69 I told the casher in the flyer they were only 98 cents, then the cashier pointed to a sign next to the till and said that they were not responsible for any mis-prints in their adds. I could understand that if it was 50 cents off or something but not by a whole 3 dollars. I purchased only one and as I was walking to the car I wondered why do they even put out sale ads if you can't trust the price that is printed and then they have the choice not to honor it and claim it as a mis-print??? Defeats the purpose of an ad doesn't it? Oh well.

I ran over to Ramsey Photo and caught April as she was getting off of work and then Kevin met us at The Old Main for supper. It was nice to sit with them for a couple of hours and chat since we don't have the opportunity very often. April is going to take belly shots next Thursday when I come into town and she is even going to get things going with Brandi for a baby shower.

I got to my mom's to get Cassie and my sister called looking for me. I talked with her on the phone for a good hour and then Cassie and I came home. As we were turning the corner to get to our house in York, I noticed this big thing reflecting light in the ditch across from our house. At first I thought it was the Schwan man but there wasn't any lights on the truck. Then when I got closer, here some farmer took the corner too sharp (or it was icy and they were going too fast) and they slid their grain truck into the ditch. It looks like they are stuck pretty good too. It was too dark to get a pic of it. If it's there in the morning when I wake up I will have to take a pic of it. I just hope that if they pull it out early in the morning they don't make too much noise doing it cause I would hate for them to wake Cassie up early.

Tomorrow I have to work on really cleaning and scrubbing the areas of the house that I have neglected for a bit. They aren't places or things that visitors would notice but they bother me. I want to have this place about as clean as I can get it before Darren's mom gets here.

~8 DAYS~
