FRIDAY NIGHT

My mom came over to our house around 7:30 to watch Cassie so that Darren and I could run into DL and have a good meal somewhere and stop at Wal-Mart because Darren would be taking off Saturday morning at 8. We got into town and hit Wal-mart first because we only had a few items to get. Then, since we were in town, we decided to drive by Kevin and Aprils place so I could see the apartment and maybe the could join us for dinner. But when we went by the windows were all dark. We were going to call but Darren didn't have Kev's cell number on him, so we went to visit Amadon and Josie (we planned to see them too anyway). Josie was making herself something to eat and Amadon (of course) was on the computer tinkering with something. We didn't hang out too long because we were getting really hungry and we had to get going back home after we ate. We ran to Hardee's, not the best of choices but it was the only thing open besides McDonalds when we were done at Amadon and Josie's. I was pretty bummed out that Kevin and April weren't home, but it was the start of Devils Run Weekend so I am sure they were out enjoying the luminaries or something. I don't know when I will make it back to DL because I don't get there a whole lot. We got home around 11:30 and called it a night.
