He's of the colour of the nutmeg. And of the heat of the ginger.... he is pure air and fire; and the dull elements of earth and water never appear in him, but only in patient stillness while his rider mounts him; he is indeed a horse, and all other jades you may call beasts. ~William Shakespeare, Henry V

MAN BURIED UNDER COMINSKEY PARK

Did anyone else hear, or care, about what police in Chicago think are remains of a mobster named Michael Frank Albergo aka: "Bones" or "Ham Bone". He was a loan shark and was caught in the act by police and was waiting trial in 1969 when he went missing in 1970. They say that someone in the mob took Albergo, killed him, and buried his body in a construction site for a warehouse. The warehouse was torn down some 20 years later to be used as a parking lot for Cominskey Park Stadium, home of the White Sox. It's now US Cellular Field. Way back when it was rumored that Albergo was killed around the time of Cominskey Park and the body was buried under the playing field. In August of 2003 the FBI at that point was not talking about whether they had a suspect in mind for AlBergo's murder or if it was actually the remains of Albergo himself. I am really interested in this thing and if anybody knows anymore of this story or if anybody knows how it ended and really would like to know. Hey, KSoFM, I know it's the Sox but do you have any clue what I am talking about?
