He's of the colour of the nutmeg. And of the heat of the ginger.... he is pure air and fire; and the dull elements of earth and water never appear in him, but only in patient stillness while his rider mounts him; he is indeed a horse, and all other jades you may call beasts. ~William Shakespeare, Henry V

CASSIE AND THE KITTY

I think that it's really cute, but the cat doesn't see anything humorous about it. Cassie has now realized that she is strong enough to pick up the cat and carry her around. The only safe nap for the cat now is behind the couch or in the middle of our bed. What's really funny about it, is that the cat is almost the same size as Cassie when Cassie tries to hold her up so if Cassie doesn't have a hold of the cat just right, the cat just stands there looking all pissed off. A couple of times Cassie has managed to get the cat cradled in her arms and has let Cassie run off with her. I am so proud of our cat that she tolerates Cassie so well. If it was my dad's cat, Sammy, she would eat Cassie alive!
