I HAVE BEEN BUSY
Wow! Talk about another really hot day today. It sounds like it is going to be in the 90's all week. Yuck!
I see my OB/GYN on Friday at 2:30 about my incision. I just hope he doesn't look at it and say, "It's going to close by itself." and then not do anything about it.
Darren, I, and the girls went into Devils Lake on Monday so that Darren could buy boots for work. We stopped at the new Dairy Queen to eat, and then after we ate, we went over to K-Mart so that I could get a new swim suit for Cassie.
While I was in K-Mart I ran into Josie. Josie was with Ally and Ally's mom (sorry. I forgot her name.) She and Amadon are in Devils Lake for a month because Amadon has some work to do out at the base. Josie has to drive back to Grand Forks on the weekends to work. Next time I am in town I am going to have to give them a call so we can visit. It's been forever since I have seen them.
I finally got the back room cleaned out. I got the heavy stuff out of there and moved into Cassie's old bedroom, and then I was able to move all of Cassie's bedroom stuff into her new bedroom. The room turned out really, REALLY nice and Cassie was proud to spend her first night in it on Sunday. I haven't gotten Jessie moved back there yet, but hopefully soon.
Last night Cassie got up around 1 a.m. She had to go to the bathroom but then when we got into the bathroom she put up a heck of a fuss. I took her into the clinic today and had lab run a urine test. The test showed that Cassie has another infection. Since this is her second infection within a month, the doctor said that if she gets another one they will want to see her.
After my mom got home from work I took Cassie to the pool for an hour. I did give them $20 for a year membership because I think we will actually use the pool a lot. Cassie also has swimming lessons starting next week and that should be really fun.
Darren isn't going to be home until Sunday this weekend. His route finally changed and he started the Rugby route this week. Now all we have to do is find a car to leave in Rugby so that he can drive home.
