THINGS
Our door knob on the front door broke. For some reason the center part that goes in and out when you turn the door knob stuck sticking out so we couldn't close the door. Darren took the door knob apart and just removed the center piece so now we can close the door but we have to use the deadbolt to keep it shut. I think the main reason I haven't gone anywhere lately is because I can just imagine coming home with a 2 1/2 yr old, a 10 lb baby in a carseat, purse, diaper bag, and some shopping bags and trying to get that deadbolt unlocked to get into the house. Not happening.
Brandi had to work today at the Implement so I am not making it to Baby & I, maybe next week though. Brandi and I are planning on taking the kids to the park in Leeds when she gets done with work if it's nice out. Yesterday was a beautiful day but we didn't get a chance to get outside and enjoy it.
I really want to finish paint the back room today. I only have two more walls to go and then I am done but I'm not looking forward to pushing all that stuff around again. The smart thing would have been to sort through it the first dozen times I moved things so I wouldn't be pushing the same stuff around...oh well.
I was watching the Fox News Channel and caught the state that just passed a health care bill that basically gives some form of health care coverage to EVERYONE in the state. I think that's pretty cool and other states need to look into that. I just wonder how that is going to effect tax payers and everyone else. I think health care companies try to kill us faster and make us poor at the same time but you are really in trouble if you don't have coverage and need it.

It's a very good idea that would cost taxpayers a ridculous amount of money. It would take money away from other programs that are vital. It would give health insurance for people who don't pay taxes, which would make it that much more expensive.
