Uncle Jerry made these great pork loins in the grill. He uses a special rub made by Dancing Pigs, which can only be bought out of a place in Tennessee. He slowly cooks the pork in the bottom of a charcoal grill right next to the briquet's, not on the rack. When there is about 2 hours left of cooking time, Uncle Jerry then puts a BBQ sauce over the loins and lets them cook until they are done. The were absolutely wonderful!!!
