I have two daughters that I adore; Cassidy (born in 2003) and Jessie (born in 2006). March of 2005 I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, better known as PCOS. I enjoy life and am perfectly happy with who I am.

I had no problem knowing what the cake was. It is very cute and makes me think of cakes my mom used to make me.
