WE ARE HERE IN MINNEAPOLIS

We didn't leave Leeds until 2:30 pm. I honestly thought that the 7 hour drive was going to be the worst car ride in all history of man since Cassidy can hardly make it to Minot without fussing. Turned out, Cassie didn't awesome. She slept from Leeds to Grandforks. Between Grand Forks and Fargo I fed her part of a peanut butter sandwich along with juicy juice and some M&M's. She played with her toys really well. We decided to stop in Fergus Falls, MN for fuel and something to eat. We couldn't have planned that any better because when we turned into Fergus that's when Cassie started asking to get out. The McDonald's was only three stores down from the gas station we were at so my dad just drove town to the McDonald's and my mom, Cassie, and I walked there. After her playing in the grassy area of the McDonald's and her supper, she was ready for a rest and since it was close to 7 pm I put her in her pajamas before we started moving again. We got back on the road and Cassie and I read some books as we ate the ice cream that my mom bought. Cassie also spent a lot of time watching the traffic, she was really interested in some of the bigger semi's that we passed. Close to Minneapolis, Cassie was starting to get a little cranky so I got out her little ball and Nana and Cassie played catch for a little bit. When we entered the out skirts of Minneapolis is was about 9:30 and dark so Cassie kept herself busy watching all the lights from the buildings and cars. I tried to turn off the light in the back of the car but every time I tried she got upset so I just left the light on until we got to Lynnette's. I don't think Cassie actually got into bed until 11 pm or a little after. I was a long day for her but she went to bed quickly.
